 Walt Pullar Chief Executive Officer Mr. Pullar joined RMGS, Inc. in July 2009. Prior to RMGS, he was President and Owner of Pullar Consulting, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOB) focused on providing research and development as well as acquisition management services to defense and homeland security sectors through a network of consulting assets. Before establishing Pullar Consulting, Mr. Pullar served as the Vice President of Trident Systems, Inc. During his tenure, he significantly increased division resources and revenue. He was responsible for technical, administrative, and profit/loss responsibility of numerous contracts including multiple technology projects in areas of wireless networking, sensors, UAV payloads, and situational awareness tools. Preceding his tenure with Trident Systems, Captain Walt Pullar (USN, Retired) completed a distinguished 27-year career as a U.S. Navy SEAL. His tours included all operational SEAL leadership assignments culminating with Commodore tours of two Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Groups. He served as Deputy Commander for the NSW Task Force that planned for and led initial combat operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom. In addition to his operational experience, he gained 10+ years of acquisition experience including certification as a DAWIA Level III Program Manager. He served in a number of acquisition assignments including: While serving at USSOCOM, Captain Pullar led two teams and participated on two other teams that were presented David Packard Awards for Excellence in Acquisition. |
