Van Hall
President
Mr. Hall is a 20-year US Navy veteran and served with distinction as an operational member of Naval Special Warfare (NSW/SEAL). Serving in both senior enlisted and commissioned officer capacities during his career, he was responsible and accountable for a wide range of tasking to include the management of personnel from squad to team level. As a founding member of the NSWDG, Mr. Hall participated in the planning and execution of numerous classified, high-risk assignments in support of national interests.
Retiring from the Navy in 1997, Mr. Hall served as a Patrol Officer with the Cheyenne Police Department where he received several letters of commendation. In 1999, he accepted a position with WinTec, Inc. as a Project Analyst where he supported USSOCOM's Special Technology Program via the Navy's Office of Special Technology.
In 2002, Mr. Hall accepted a position with Applied Marine Technologies, Inc. (AMTI) where he initially served as the Exercise Development Coordinator for the congressionally mandated Top Officials 2 exercise. After successfully managing this massive counterterrorism exercise consisting of more than 10,000 participants, he was promoted to Division Manager in 2003 where he doubled his Counterproliferation Division's revenue.
Subsequent to AMTI's acquisition by SAIC in 2006, Mr. Hall was promoted to Vice President/Deputy Operations Manager responsible for the oversight of more than 650 employees (of which approximately 80% were located on-site at customer locations) and the cost, schedule, and performance of $180M in annual revenue. He successfully maintained effective communications and on-going knowledge of client satisfaction and performance metrics for over 50 on-site contracts with teams located across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Mr. Hall has served as the President of RMGS since its establishment in 2008.
